Purple Ray Studio are excited to announce the release of Boti: Byteland Overclocked’s demo, live and available to play on Steam for PC starting today at 6PM UK / 7PM CET! Players will be transported to the vibrant and cyber world of Byteland, where they will control the cute data bot, Boti, on a quest to save his cyberworld from bugs, viruses, and glitches.
Inspired by classic platformers, Boti: Byteland Overclocked brings back all the best platforming moves, letting players double jump, dash, hover and glide through levels filled with obstacles and enemies, discovering fantastic new combinations and learning new moves and skills along the way. The game also adds its own new mechanics to the genre, with ‘Musical Slides’ and ‘Magnetism’.
With its adorable protagonist and whimsical setting, Boti: Byteland Overclocked aims to deliver an enjoyable and exciting experience to players of all ages, and promises to be family friendly, giving seasoned gamers an opportunity to go at it alone, or to enjoy easier modes with friends, family and players who have yet to delve deep into the genre.
